Jinan National Record: Proposed investment of no more than 100 million yuan to build a project to expand the production of electronic grade fiberglass cloth to 60 million meters per year.

Jin'an Guoji Announcement: The wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Jinrui Electronic Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of a project for expanding the production of electronic-grade glass fiber cloth with an annual output of 60 million meters. The total investment is expected to not exceed 100 million RMB, with approximately 50 million RMB for fixed assets investment and approximately 50 million RMB for working capital. Upon completion of the project, it will meet the demand for electronic-grade glass fiber cloth of the subsidiary Jin'an Guoji Technology Co., Ltd., ensuring the company's raw material supply and enhancing its competitiveness. The project is expected to start trial production by the end of December 2026.
