Jin'an State Records: Proposed additional investment of no more than 385 million yuan.

The Jin'an Guoji announcement stated that the company held the 12th meeting of the sixth board of directors on October 30, 2025, and approved the "Proposal on Additional Investment in the Ningguo Jin'an Copper Clad Laminate Project". It was agreed to make an additional investment of no more than 385 million RMB in Jin'an Guoji Technology Co., Ltd.'s "annual production of 30 million high-grade copper clad laminate project", with the total investment amount of the project after the additional investment expected to be no more than 1.385 billion RMB. After the completion of the project, the total production capacity is expected to increase from the original 30 million sheets per year to 36 million sheets per year.
