The "Hainan Free Trade Port Policy Interpretation" series theme news conference will be held on October 31st.

The Hainan Provincial Information Office will hold a themed press conference on the interpretation of policies related to Hainan Free Trade Port at 11:00 am on October 31, 2025 in the Hainan Province Press Hall - Special session on the customs supervision system for the operation of closing ports in Hainan Free Trade Port. The conference will invite Tian Tao, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Haikou Customs, and spokesperson for the customs administration; Hao Chunyan, Director of the Regulations and Comprehensive Business Department of Haikou Customs; Feng Yunyun, Director of the Tariff Department of Haikou Customs; and Guo Jianmeng, Director of the Port Supervision Department of Haikou Customs to introduce relevant information and answer questions from reporters.
