Annada: Liu Junchang resigns as chairman and other positions.

Annada Noon Announcement: Due to a change in work, Chairman Liu Junchang of the company has applied to resign from the positions of Chairman of the seventh Board of Directors, non-independent director, and all duties of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, Nomination Committee, and Strategic Committee under the Board of Directors. He will continue to perform his duties until a new Chairman is elected to ensure a smooth transition of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has nominated Mr. Li Chongjun as the new candidate for non-independent director, whose qualifications have been approved by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors. The appointment will take effect upon approval by the shareholders' meeting and will last until the end of the seventh Board of Directors.
