The Financial APP of Wisdom Finance reports that Base Glory Group (08460.HK) announced that on October 29, 2025, the company and various subscribers agreed to terminate the first subscription agreement and the second subscription agreement by entering into a termination agreement. As the subscription agreements have been terminated, the planned issuance of a total of 44.268 million new shares will not proceed.
