Solicitation of Comments on the Measures for the Inspection and Management of Drug Quality Checks.

The State Food and Drug Administration organized the revision of the "Drug Quality Random Inspection and Testing Management Measures" to form the "Drug Quality Random Inspection and Testing Management Measures" and is now soliciting public opinions. The draft for public opinions requires that units and individuals engaged in drug production, operation, and use activities must cooperate with the drug regulatory department to organize and implement drug quality random inspection and testing. They are not allowed to interfere with, obstruct, or refuse random inspection and testing, transfer or hide drugs, refuse to provide proof materials, or intentionally provide false information.
