Shoigu: Russian air defense forces shoot down over 99% of attacking Russian-Ukrainian military drones.

On October 28th local time, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Shoigu, stated that the Russian air defense forces shot down over 99% of Ukrainian drones attacking key Russian infrastructure. According to him, less than 1% of the drones actually reached their targets. Shoigu told reporters, "In proportion, less than 1% of the drones reached their targets." Shoigu pointed out that Russian oil and gas companies are taking the highest level measures to protect their facilities, including engineering protection measures and mobile firepower groups responsible for destroying flying targets.
