On March 6th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the approval for the initial public offering of shares by Edith (Qinhuangdao) Technology Co., Ltd. Edith plans to list on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with China Securities Co., Ltd. acting as its sponsor institution, and plans to raise 955.04 million yuan. The company provides efficient, safe, and high-quality comprehensive digital oral services to denture technicians, oral medical clinics, oral hospitals, and other oral medical service institutions. Its products consist of two main categories: (1) oral restoration materials including zirconia ceramic blocks, glass ceramics, resins etc.; and (2) oral digital equipment such as digital imaging devices, cutting devices, sintering devices, etc. Furthermore, the comprehensive services are supported by a strict quality control system, a full-process training plan, and rapid-response after-sales service system, helping customers accelerate their digital transformation and upgrade.
