Building on the strategic cooperation agreement, Chongqing Sokon Industry Group Stock and Chongqing University further signed an implementation agreement for a new energy and intelligent connected vehicle industry-education integration platform. The two parties will jointly establish the Chongqing Outstanding Engineers College-Chongqing Sokon Industry Group Stock New Energy Vehicle Design Institute Co., Ltd., and a joint laboratory for "new energy vehicles," "intelligent connected vehicles," "advanced manufacturing," and "carbon neutrality in automobiles." They will form research teams to conduct frontier technology exploration, engineering problem research, and basic field research. With the support of the joint laboratory, they will cultivate outstanding engineers and enhance cooperation in talent resources and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In the future, the two parties will accelerate the integration of new energy vehicle technology with basic research, and the connection between university talents and corporate needs.
