Montnets Cloud Technology Group (002123.SZ) plans to acquire a 51% stake in data intelligence service provider Suzhou Xiyuan for RMB273 million.

Montnets Cloud Technology Group (002123.SZ) announced that, in order to further accelerate its business expansion and layout in data intelligence and AI communications and cultivate new performance growth drivers, Shenzhen Montnets signed an Equity Acquisition Agreement with Cai Guoqing, Wang Jiayan, and Yancheng Xiyuan Digital Technology Information Co., Ltd., planning to acquire a 51% stake in Suzhou Xiyuan for cash. Upon completion of this transaction, Suzhou Xiyuan will become a controlled subsidiary of Shenzhen Montnets and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The (tax-inclusive) transaction price for the target equity is RMB273 million. Suzhou Xiyuan is a one-stop data solutions provider focused on realizing data value.
