DL Holdings GP (01709) announced that the Group expects to record a net profit of approximately HK$75 million to HK$80 million for the six months ended September 30, 2026, compared with a net profit of approximately HK$202.3 million for the six months ended September 30, 2025. Based on the relevant information available, the Board considers that the decrease is primarily attributable to: (i) a decrease in fair value gains arising from investments in associates measured at fair value through profit or loss during the period; (ii) an increase in share-based payment expenses during the period due to the grant of share options and share awards to certain directors, employees and consultants; and (iii) fair value losses on certain financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss during the period.
