DIAGENS-B(02526) announced that the Company recently entered into a strategic cooperation agreement (the "Agreement") with Yongjiang Laboratory (), a key digital-intelligence innovation platform built by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, to jointly advance the training, optimization, validation, and demonstration application of medical imaging large models in Guangxi. The cooperation term is three years from the effective date of signing of the Agreement. The two parties intend to leverage Yongjiang Laboratory's regional coordination capabilities to connect with the clinical diagnosis and treatment and medical insurance application scenarios of medical institutions at different levels within Guangxi, and, combining the Group's iMedImage medical imaging foundation model and intelligent software and hardware product capabilities, carry out model training, implementation optimization, multi-center clinical validation, testing and evaluation, and demonstration applications. The two parties also intend to, based on the application results at benchmark demonstration hospitals and regional medical consortiums in Guangxi, promote the relevant solutions to the national healthcare and medical insurance systems, and leverage Guangxi's geographical advantage facing the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to explore medical technology cooperation and software and hardware product exports targeting ASEAN. The Board believes that this cooperation will help the Group, relying on Guangxi's multi-level medical scenarios, enrich the conditions for model training and clinical validation, enhance scenario adaptation and implementation service capabilities, and accelerate the large-scale application and commercialization of the Group's medical imaging large models. The demonstration application in Guangxi can also provide a reference for nationwide promotion and, combined with its geographical advantage facing ASEAN, create conditions for the Group to expand overseas markets and promote the export of China's intelligent healthcare solutions. This cooperation is in the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders.
