CSPC PHARMA (01093) announced that the Phase I/II clinical trial (SYS6055-003) of SYS6055 Injection, developed by the Group for the treatment of relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, has officially been launched at the first clinical site in China. The product is an in vivo CAR-T product that directly generates CD19-targeted CAR-T cells in vivo via a lentiviral vector, which can specifically recognize and eliminate target cells to achieve the therapeutic purpose. Compared with traditional CAR-T products, this product has potential clinical advantages in terms of treatment cost, accessibility, and immediacy. Previously, in a Phase I/II clinical trial involving participants with relapsed/refractory aggressive B-cell lymphoma, the product demonstrated a good safety profile and preliminary efficacy signals, and that trial is currently still ongoing. The Group received the Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice issued by the National Medical Products Administration of the People's Republic of China in October 2026, and after approval initiated the SYS6055-003 clinical trial, aiming to explore the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic characteristics, and preliminary efficacy signals of the product in participants with relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Currently, participant enrollment and screening are being actively advanced.
