Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China, together with the National Financial Regulatory Administration, has continued to strengthen the management of online financial information and carried out concentrated handling of a batch of accounts that publish and disseminate information on financial "black and gray industries" such as "malicious debt evasion," "improper anti-collection," "agency claims," and "credit repair." Some typical cases are hereby notified as follows. 1. Accounts such as "Principal Zheng" peddled "anti-collection" courses and instigated debtors to evade lawful debts. Douyin accounts "Principal Zheng" and "Principal's Breakthrough Circle," and Xiaohongshu account "Just an Ordinary Person" fabricated expert personas, peddled "anti-collection" tutorials to netizens, instigated debtors to evade lawful debts, and disrupted the normal business order of banking institutions. The accounts involved have been closed in accordance with laws and agreements. 2. Accounts such as "Teacher Wu on Policy Surrender" published inducement information such as "agency policy surrender" and instigated policyholders to engage in improper rights protection for profit. Xianyu account "Teacher Wu on Policy Surrender," Kuaishou accounts "Teacher Li Dawei" and "Xiao Lei ~ Legal Consulting" published inducement information under the gimmicks of "full policy surrender" and "new policy surrender rules," instigated policyholders to fabricate facts about insurance company violations and file malicious complaints, and took the opportunity to charge high service fees, disrupting the order of the insurance market. The accounts involved have been closed in accordance with laws and agreements. 3. Accounts such as "Self-Reliance Jin Ge Lao Xiang" fabricated false and untrue information such as "credit repair" to seek illegal benefits. Weibo account "Self-Reliance Jin Ge Lao Xiang," Douyin account "A Pei Talks Truth," and WeChat public account "Minxing Micro Academy" induced netizens to pay for "credit repair" services by fabricating successful credit appeal cases or making false promises, ultimately causing customers' lawful rights and interests to be infringed and property losses. The accounts involved have been closed in accordance with laws and agreements. The Cyberspace Administration of China and the National Financial Regulatory Administration remind the majority of netizens to firmly establish the concept of integrity, enhance awareness of guarding against financial risks, and not easily believe untrue information such as "debt negotiation," "full policy surrender," and "credit whitening." Be vigilant against all kinds of "agency rights protection" scams, do not easily pay fees to strangers or provide sensitive personal information, and safeguard your own property and information security.
