KAFELAKU COFFEE (01869) completes issuance of a total of 282 million placing shares
KAFELAKU COFFEE (01869) announced that all conditions under the placing agreement have been fulfilled and the placing was completed on November 6, 2026 (the "Completion"). A total of 282 million placing shares were successfully placed at the third revised placing price of HK$0.041 per placing share to not fewer than six placees. The placing shares represent approximately 16.7% of the Company's issued share capital immediately before Completion; and approximately 14.3% of the Company's issued share capital as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the placing shares immediately after Completion.
