On November 6, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice of Filing for Overseas Issuance and Listing and 'Full Circulation' of Domestic Unlisted Shares of Suzhou Denglin Technology Co., Ltd." The company plans to issue no more than 11,040,000 overseas-listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company's 45 shareholders plan to convert a total of 54,583,999 domestic unlisted shares they hold into overseas-listed shares and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The prospectus shows that Denglin Technology is a general-purpose graphics processing unit (GPGPU) provider that develops and sells GPGPU products to meet the AI computing needs of various industries in China. Relying on its proprietary GPU+*(Minsky) architecture (the company's proprietary GPU chip architecture, which integrates the GPGPU core, AI acceleration unit, and high-bandwidth on-chip memory subsystem into a single chip in an on-chip heterogeneous manner), the company takes enterprise AI as its core target market and seeks to expand into the public cloud market and innovative fields such as Siasun Robot&Automation.
