GREEN ENERGY GP (00979) announces that Forvis Mazars CPA Limited (Forvis Mazars) will retire as the Company's auditor upon the expiry of its current term of office at the conclusion of the Company's forthcoming annual general meeting (the 2026 AGM), and will not be re-appointed as the Company's auditor at the 2026 AGM. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to propose the appointment of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited (Baker Tilly) as the Company's new auditor following the retirement of Forvis Mazars, to hold office until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting in 2027, subject to (i) the satisfactory completion of Baker Tilly's internal client acceptance procedures; and (ii) approval by the shareholders at the 2026 AGM.
