Jiangsu Nata Opto-electronic Material (300346.SZ) announced that Mr. Feng Jiansong, the company's chairman, and his concert party Ms. Shen Jie proposed that the company use its own funds and self-raised funds to repurchase part of its issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system by way of centralized bidding, and the repurchased shares will all be used for cancellation and reduction of the company's registered capital. The total repurchase amount shall be no less than RMB20 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB35 million (inclusive).
