GOGOX (02246): He Song Resigns as Executive Director, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Other Positions

GOGOX (02246) announced that Mr. He Song has resigned as an executive director, co-chief executive officer of the company, chairman of the company's environmental, social and governance committee and a member of the nomination committee with effect from November 6, 2026, in order to devote more time to his other business commitments. Ms. Li Xiaojing has resigned as a non-executive director of the company and a member of the audit committee with effect from November 6, 2026, in order to devote more time to her other business commitments. With effect from November 6, 2026, Mr. Lin Kaiyuan, chairman and executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee to fill the vacancy following the resignation of Mr. He Song; Ms. Zhu Jiaying, independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the audit committee to fill the vacancy following the resignation of Ms. Li Xiaojing; Mr. Lin Kaiyuan has been re-designated from a member of the environmental, social and governance committee to chairman of that committee to fill the vacancy following the resignation of Mr. He Song; and Mr. Deng Shunlin, independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the environmental, social and governance committee.
