CH DREDG ENV (00871) proposes appointing Kao Ling as new auditor

CH DREDG ENV (00871) announced that Zhong (Hong Kong) Fu Xin Certified Public Accountants Limited (Zhong) has resigned as the Company's auditor, effective from November 4, 2026. Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has proposed to appoint Kao Ling CPA Limited (Kao Ling) as the Company's new auditor, to hold office until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting (the Proposed Appointment), subject to approval by the shareholders at the Company's extraordinary general meeting.
