CHINASOFT INT'L (00354) Subsidiary Wins Bids for Two Shudao Smart Tunnel IoT Platform Projects; "Open-Source HarmonyOS + AI + OT" Digital Foundation Expands Full-Stack AI Highway Tunnel Scenarios

CHINASOFT INT'L (00354) announced that recently, its subsidiary Beijing Chinasoft International Information Technology Co., Ltd. successfully won the bids for the "Smart Tunnel IoT Platform Independent R&D Project" and the "Smart Tunnel IoT Platform Ecosystem Collaboration Function R&D Project" initiated by Sichuan Gaolu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gaolu Information"), a subsidiary of Sichuan Shudao Smart Transportation Group Co., Ltd. Both projects are R&D projects of Shudao Smart Transportation Group for the construction of digital foundation capabilities for highway tunnel scenarios, marking that the Company's "Open-Source HarmonyOS + AI + OT" end-to-end delivery capability in the smart transportation vertical industry has once again been recognized by a leading customer in the transportation industry, and also a key step for the Group to deepen its presence in the tunnel highway scenario and move from single-point software delivery to platform-based digital foundation construction. This project focuses on the highway tunnel, a key scenario for traffic operation safety, and systematically advances around "digital foundation" capability construction, building an independent and controllable tunnel IoT platform foundation, creating an open and collaborative platform ecosystem, and accumulating replicable tunnel digitalization capabilities. The platform and ecosystem capabilities formed by the two major projects can be widely applied to intelligent construction of new tunnels and digital upgrading of existing tunnels, providing a solid IoT software foundation and electromechanical management implementation guarantee for the digital transformation of Shudao Group's highway tunnel operation and maintenance. This project forms strategic synergy with the Company's existing layout in the broader transportation sector, including Open-Source HarmonyOS smart transportation in Xi'an and the "Jihong" smart tunnel on Hebei Expressway, further consolidating the Company's leading position in Open-Source HarmonyOS ecosystem construction, implementation of the transportation powerhouse strategy, and independent and controllable domestic engineering upgrade; at the same time, relying on the Group's AI technology accumulation in areas such as intelligent perception, transportation large models, and intelligent scheduling, it achieves full-chain connectivity from "perceptual intelligence" to "decision intelligence" and from "application empowerment" to "foundation co-construction," setting a benchmark for the replication and promotion of related solutions in more provinces and more key transportation infrastructure scenarios.
