SEACON (02409) announced that on November 4, 2026, Seacon Shipping Pte. Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, intends to acquire from Sanhe Jiaye Co., Ltd. an oil tanker/chemical tanker with a gross tonnage of 4,981 tons built in October 2026, at a consideration of US$19.6 million.
