Jiangsu Broadcasting Cable Information Network Corporation (600959.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Ruihui Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. intends to subscribe for shares in the Jiangsu Provincial Industrial M&A Fund (Limited Partnership) as a limited partner, with a subscription amount of no more than RMB100 million. The total size of the fund is RMB7 billion. Leveraging the provincial-level industrial M&A platform, the company can broaden its investment channels, connect with state-owned enterprise industry chain resources and M&A projects, and identify high-quality M&A opportunities for the expansion of its core business.
