On the news front, Genfleet Therapeutics announced that since the third quarter of this year, multiple innovative combination therapies of its oral pan-RAS inhibitor GFH276 have received clinical trial approval from China's CDE or completed clinical trial filing with Australia's TGA. The related studies cover first-line and later-line treatment of multiple major-indication tumor types with RAS mutations, and some trials have already enrolled patients at multiple dose levels.
CMSC released a research report stating that GFH276's first-in-human data are positive, with a 41% ORR in PDAC and a 14.8% rate of Grade 3 TRAEs as the core highlights. The early efficacy and safety combination demonstrates potential superior to RMC-6236's data from the same period, giving it potential best-in-class competitiveness among global pan-RAS inhibitors.
