The termination of the capital reorganization is because the board considers it more appropriate to take such action only after the resumption of trading in the shares on the Stock Exchange.
Notwithstanding the termination of the capital reorganization, the proposed change of company name and the proposed change of stock short name will continue. The conditions, reasons and effects of the proposed change of company name disclosed in the announcement remain unchanged.
