Joyson Electronics (600699.SH) announced that the company plans to repurchase its issued RMB ordinary shares (A-shares) through centralized bidding transactions using its own funds and self-raised funds. All repurchased shares will be cancelled, with a corresponding reduction in the company's registered capital. The repurchase amount shall be no less than RMB150 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB300 million (inclusive). The repurchase price shall not exceed RMB30 per share.
