ZHAOJIN MINING (01818): Li Yan and Zheng Yihong Appointed as Joint Company Secretaries
ZHAOJIN MINING (01818) announced that the board has agreed that Ms. Wu Jiawen has resigned as the company secretary of the Company and as the agent of the Company in Hong Kong for accepting service of legal process and notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) due to job reassignment, and has agreed to appoint Ms. Li Yan and Ms. Zheng Yihong as joint company secretaries of the Company and to appoint Ms. Zheng as the process agent, with the above arrangements effective from November 3, 2026.
