On November 3, the CSRC WeChat official account published "A Quick Overview of the Package of Measures to Stabilize the Market and Expectations." The "package" covers the following: financial management departments held a symposium on the two tools supporting the capital market and made work arrangements; making full and effective use of the two structural monetary policy tools; supporting listed companies' share buybacks and optimizing buyback rules; guiding active ETFs to accelerate position building and continuously enriching market investment tools; and giving full play to the counter-cyclical adjustment function of margin trading and securities lending.
