CENTRALCHINA MT (09982) announced that Mr. Liu Dianchen has resigned as an independent non-executive director with effect from October 31, 2026, in order to devote more time to other business. Following Mr. Liu's resignation as an independent non-executive director, he also ceased to serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee, a member of the company's remuneration committee, and a member of the company's nomination committee. Mr. Zhang Sheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and vice chairman of the board, chairman of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration committee, and a member of the nomination committee, with effect from November 2, 2026.
