INNOSCIENCE (02577): Grant of Share Awards Involving a Total of 3,273,300 H Shares of the Company

INNOSCIENCE (02577) announced that on November 2, 2026, the Company granted share awards involving a total of 3,273,300 H Shares of the Company to 154 eligible participants under the 2025 Share Award Scheme, subject to acceptance by each grantee. The 3,273,300 award shares involved in this grant will be satisfied entirely by existing H Shares previously purchased by the trustee on the market under the Scheme and held in trust. This grant does not involve any issuance of new H Shares or transfer of treasury shares by the Company, and therefore will not result in any equity dilution to existing shareholders as a result of this grant.
