XUNFEIHEALTH (02506): Proposes to implement full circulation of H shares
XUNFEIHEALTH (02506) announced that the company has submitted an application to the CSRC to convert 35,119,600 domestic shares of the company into H shares. Upon obtaining the filing and/or approval of all relevant regulatory authorities (including but not limited to the CSRC and the Stock Exchange) and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, such unlisted shares will be converted into H shares and become eligible for listing and trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. According to the company's articles of association, no further shareholders' meeting is required to approve the conversion and listing.
