(the H Share Incentive Scheme) approved by the shareholders on August 26, 2026; and allotted and issued 1,899,000 new H Shares to the trustee to satisfy a total of 1,899,000 incentives granted on September 14, 2026 to 360 employees of the Company under the H Share Incentive Scheme.
