SHANXI INSTALL (02520) announced that Mr. Zhang Yan, due to adjustments in work arrangements, has submitted a written resignation report to the board of directors and has resigned from his positions as vice chairman, executive director, and member of the remuneration and assessment committee of the company, with his resignation taking effect officially from October 30, 2026. The board of directors, at a board meeting held on November 2, 2026, passed a resolution recommending Mr. Liang Bo to serve as an executive director of the first board of directors, succeeding Mr. Zhang Yan.
