SR MEDICAL (00108) announced that Ms. Du Ziyun (Ms. Du) has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other business commitments, effective from October 31, 2026. Ms. Du will also cease to serve as a member of each of the Company's audit committee and the Company's nomination committee, and as the chairman of the Company's remuneration committee, from the same date.
