CONANT OPTICAL (02276) announced that Mr. Chen Peiheng (Mr. Chen) has resigned from his positions as the joint company secretary of the Company (Joint Company Secretary), the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) (Authorized Representative), and the authorized representative of the Company in Hong Kong for accepting service of legal process documents and notices under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (Process Agent), with effect from November 1, 2026, due to work reassignment.

Following Mr. Chen's resignation, Mr. Shen Kailian (Mr. Shen) will be appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative and process agent, with effect from November 1, 2026.
