QILU EXPRESSWAY (01576) proposes to appoint Jiang Yue as a non-executive director

QILU EXPRESSWAY (01576) announced that Mr. Shi Jinglei, a non-executive director, and Mr. He Jiale and Mr. Wang Lingfang, independent non-executive directors, resigned from their positions as non-executive director and independent non-executive directors due to age reasons, and ceased to serve on the specialized committees of the company's board of directors, effective from October 30, 2026. Based on the nomination by the nomination committee of the board of directors and the deliberation of the board of directors, the board proposed to appoint Mr. Jiang Yue as a non-executive director, and to appoint Mr. Chen Dalong and Mr. Wang Shaochen as independent non-executive directors.
