IMAGI INT'L (00585) announced that, with effect from October 31, 2026, Mr. Kitchell Osman Bin has resigned as an executive director and authorized representative due to other business commitments; Ms. Liu Cuifang has resigned as the company's company secretary and authorized representative; Mr. Jin Mingyi, an executive director, has been appointed as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and as the authorized representative of the company for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance; and Mr. Hua Hongji has been appointed as the authorized representative of the company for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance.
