During the reporting period, the Group recorded net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of RMB55.26 million, up 30% from RMB42.55 million in the same period last year. This was mainly because the Group unswervingly advanced its "AI First" strategy, seized customer demand for enterprise AI, used AI technology to drive product upgrades across the board, continuously enhanced product competitiveness, and made every effort to expand market coverage, sustaining revenue growth. The Group continued to implement efficiency-driven operations, with R&D expenses, selling expenses and administrative expenses all declining as a proportion of revenue compared with the same period last year, improving profitability.
As of September 30, 2026, the Group's total assets were RMB2.067 billion, up 9% from RMB1.894 billion at the end of the previous year.
During the reporting period, the Group continued to focus on the two major areas of digital and intelligent finance and taxation and digital and intelligent business for small and micro enterprises, seizing strategic development opportunities in the AI era, firmly upholding the principle of customer success, deepening implementation of the "AI First" strategy, accelerating global development, enhancing product intelligence, strengthening product competitiveness, and adhering to mutually beneficial ecosystem development, moving from application services to ecosystem platform services, promoting large-scale business development, and improving operating efficiency and profitability.
At the product level, the Group continued to accelerate product innovation and development and deepen implementation of the "AI First" strategy, with AI product iteration and ecosystem cooperation steadily advancing. The AI agent platform was fully upgraded, launching nine digital and intelligent employees and 21 skill modules covering all scenarios of finance, business and operations for small and micro enterprises, and adding AI coding capabilities to support personalized development and automated deployment. At the same time, based on the AI native digital and intelligent platform, it released the new AI Haoshengyi, fully integrating standard agents into its product system.
At the marketing level, in terms of distribution channels, the Group continued to expand the density and breadth of channel market coverage, with channel types continuing to diversify, achieving coverage of 40 blank district and county markets in the third quarter of 2026 alone. Together with national partners, it held nearly 1,000 "Mastering AI" themed enterprise AI experience events, and leveraged the FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) certification system and "Lobster Club" marketing operations to help small and micro enterprises apply AI capabilities to business management. In terms of direct sales channels, it continued to deepen customer operations and content operations, actively explored the application of AI in marketing and service, improved brand reach and customer conversion efficiency, simultaneously advanced the building of intelligent assistants for new purchases and renewals, promoted tiered customer operations, and drove both service efficiency and value improvement. In terms of ecosystem co-selling, the company, as one of Tencent WorkBuddy's first application ecosystem partners, jointly released the WorkBuddy CHANJET special edition with Tencent, and completed MCP and standard Skill onboarding on mainstream AI platforms such as Doubao Work and Qianwen Office, further expanding business application scenarios covered by ecosystem cooperation.
During the reporting period, the Group's cloud service business added 192,000 new paying enterprise users, up 47% year on year. As of the end of the reporting period, the cloud service business had a cumulative total of 1.153 million paying enterprise users. The company's board of directors believes that the Group's overall business operations maintain a sound development trend.
