CMSC (06099) announced that the Board hereby announces that the appointment of Mr. Liu Bo (Mr. Liu) as an executive director of the eighth session of the Board has been approved by the shareholders by ordinary resolution at the extraordinary general meeting. Accordingly, Mr. Liu will serve as an executive director of the eighth session of the Board with effect from October 29, 2026.
