China Railway (00390): Appoints Vice President Ren Hongpeng to Perform the Duties of Chief Accountant on an Acting Basis

China Railway (00390) announced that Mr. Sun Cui, the former Chief Accountant of China Railway Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), has resigned from the position of Chief Accountant of the Company due to reaching the statutory retirement age, and will no longer hold any position in the Company after resignation. To ensure the normal conduct of the Company's financial management work, the 10th meeting of the Nomination Committee of the 6th Board of Directors, the 15th meeting of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the 6th Board of Directors, and the 27th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Designating Vice President Ren Hongpeng to Perform the Duties of Chief Accountant on an Acting Basis," agreeing that before a new Chief Accountant is appointed, Mr. Ren Hongpeng, Vice President of the Company, shall temporarily perform the duties of Chief Accountant on an acting basis.
