160 HEALTH (02656) announced that the Board proposes (i) to remove PricewaterhouseCoopers as the auditor of the Company; and (ii) based on the recommendation of the audit committee of the Board, to appoint Tianjian International Certified Public Accountants Limited as the new auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy following the Proposed Removal, and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company. The Proposed Removal and the Proposed Appointment are each subject to the passing of the relevant resolutions by the shareholders of the Company at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be convened and held.
