SMART DIGI TECH (01159): Acquisition and Disposal of Wealth Management Products
SMART DIGI TECH Group (01159) announced that during the period from September 4, 2025 to February 11, 2026, the Group carried out acquisitions of the funds provided by Huatai Financial, and subsequently carried out disposals on November 10, 2025 and February 11, 2026 respectively.
SMART DIGI TECH (01159) announced that during the period from September 4, 2025 to February 11, 2026, the Group conducted acquisitions in respect of the funds provided by Huatai Financial, and subsequently conducted disposals on November 10, 2025 and February 11, 2026 respectively.
Following the disposals and as at the date of this announcement, the Group no longer holds any outstanding wealth management products issued by Huatai Financial.
The funds are (i) ChinaAMC Select HKD Money Market Fund Class B and (ii) ChinaAMC Select USD Money Market Fund Class B, being wealth management products subscribed by the Group through Huatai Financial during the period from September 4 to November 25, 2025.
