Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor (01347): Chairman and President proposes share repurchase of the company's A-shares

Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor (01347) announced that on October 29, 2026, the company's board of directors received a letter from Mr. Bai Peng, Chairman and President of the board, proposing that Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor Co., Ltd. repurchase the company's shares. Mr. Bai Peng proposed that the company use its own funds and/or self-raised funds to repurchase its issued RMB ordinary shares (A-shares). The total repurchase amount shall be no less than RMB300 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB500 million (inclusive). The shares repurchased this time will be used for share cancellation, safeguarding the company's value and shareholders' rights and interests, or for equity incentives, employee stock ownership plans, etc. at appropriate future timing, subject to the repurchase plan approved by the board of directors.
