The main contents are as follows: (1) Loan entity: Guangdong Dtech Technology Co., Ltd.; (2) Lending bank: Dongguan Branch of Ping An Bank Co., Ltd.; (3) Loan amount: not exceeding an exposure amount of RMB90 million, and not exceeding 90% of the repurchase price; (4) Loan purpose: exclusively for the repurchase of a portion of the RMB ordinary shares (A shares) of the listed company Guangdong Dtech Technology Co., Ltd.; (5) Loan term: 12 months.
