SSY GROUP (02005) announced that the group's nemonoxacin malate has been approved by China's National Medical Products Administration for registration as an API used in marketed formulations.
Nemonoxacin malate is an anti-infective drug, primarily used for the treatment of adult community-acquired pneumonia caused by nemonoxacin-susceptible Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Haemophilus influenzae, Haemophilus parainfluenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, as well as Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydophila pneumoniae, and Legionella pneumophila.
