ASIAINFO TECH(01675) issued an announcement that for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the Group's revenue was approximately RMB3.38 billion. As of September 30, 2026, the Group's total assets were approximately RMB9.202 billion and net assets were approximately RMB5.936 billion.
The Group's cumulative revenue for the first three quarters of 2026 showed a slight narrowing in year-on-year decline compared with the first half, and it is expected that the fourth quarter of 2026 will significantly outperform the third quarter. Full-year results, excluding one-off compensation due to personnel structure optimization, are expected to remain stable compared with the prior year. The main factors include: (1) The Company continues to advance its "AI-first" strategy, accelerating the evolution of its core products and service system toward AI-native offerings, vigorously expanding business around AI large-model applications and delivery, Token operations, and computing power services, promoting faster implementation of AI-related business, building an industrial ecosystem foundation, and transitioning from an AI deliverer to an industrial intelligent value partner; (2) The Company continues to advance the comprehensive AI-native evolution of its communications software business, leveraging its long-term accumulation in core business support for telecom operators, industry customers, and engineering delivery, deepening cooperation with operators in areas such as connectivity, computing power, services, and security, and driving the evolution of traditional connectivity operations toward intelligent and task-based operations; (3) The Group's customers are concentrated in the state-owned and central-enterprise sector, and such customers typically implement centralized procurement and budget management systems, with procurement activities showing significant seasonality. Therefore, the Group's operating results also exhibit certain seasonal characteristics, with revenue and profit usually concentrated in the second half of the year, and fourth-quarter results are expected to significantly outperform the third quarter; and (4) The Group actively and effectively controls costs and expenses.
In addition, in the first three quarters of 2026, the Company continued to increase its efforts in expanding AI-related business, further improving full-chain service capabilities from model capabilities, engineering delivery, and resource scheduling to Token operations and trusted governance. Among these, revenue from the intelligent data operations business (AI-type business) increased by approximately 61.9% year on year; order contract value in the non-operator market achieved doubled growth, a matrix of leading industry customers took shape, and multiple benchmark projects were delivered steadily. In terms of AI ecosystem partners, the Company joined the Kimi enterprise partner program, continued to strengthen FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) engineering delivery capabilities, and carried out strategic cooperation with leading chip manufacturers and AI computing power and inference software companies to promote the coordinated development of model, computing power, and Token operations capabilities; in terms of business implementation, the TokenTOP operations support platform has implemented a multi-agent collaborative invocation chain settlement case, continuously advancing the development of Token production, supply, metering, and operations capabilities, and accelerating the entry of AI capabilities into enterprises' core business scenarios; in Physical AI, the Company, together with ABB, jointly completed the signing of its first customer project and completed acceptance.
The Group will continue to consolidate its core operator business, accelerate the scaled development of growth businesses such as computing power business and AI-type business, while actively laying out emerging businesses such as satellite internet and Physical AI, continuously optimizing its business structure, cultivating new growth drivers, and creating more business growth opportunities for the Group.
