K.H. GP HLDGS (01557) announced that Ms. Lu Yunwen has resigned, effective from October 28, 2026, from her positions as (i) the Company's company secretary; (ii) the Company's authorized representative as required under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) the Company's agent for service of process in Hong Kong for the receipt of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules.
K.H. GP HLDGS (01557) announced that Ms. Lo Wan Man has resigned, with effect from October 28, 2026, as (i) the company secretary of the Company; (ii) the authorized representative of the Company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) the agent of the Company for the service of process and notices in Hong Kong as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules.
Ms. Liu Chang has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process of the Company, with effect from October 28, 2026.
