(the Bank) held its employee representative congress on October 27, 2026, at which Mr. Tan Bo was elected as an employee director of the fourth session of the Board of Directors of the Bank and will perform his duties in accordance with the relevant procedural provisions of the Measures for the Administration of the Qualifications of Directors (Council Members) and Senior Managers of Banking Financial Institutions (2025), with his term of office lasting until the expiration of the fourth session of the Board of Directors. Following the above election, Mr. Tan Bo serves as an employee director of the Bank and no longer serves as an executive director of the Bank.
