GUANGDONG INV (00270) announced that with effect from October 27, 2026: (1) Mr. Tan Qifeng has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company, the acting chairman of the Board, and the acting chairman and a member of the Nomination Committee; (2) Mr. Qiang Wei has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company; (3) Mr. Wang Min has tendered his resignation as the acting chairman of the Board, and the acting chairman and a member of the Nomination Committee, but will continue to serve as a non-executive director of the Company; and (4) Mr. He Zhifeng has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company.
