Due to work arrangements, Ms. Guan Xiuyan will cease to serve as the authorized representative for accepting legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong (legal process agent) under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from October 27, 2026; and (ii) Ms. Su Jiamin will be appointed as the legal process agent effective from October 27, 2026.
